The ASU Accessibility Awareness Day conference is made possible by the many volunteers who generously donate their time and expertise. If you found this conference beneficial, it is thanks to their hard work and dedication.

Volunteer positions

The following volunteer positions are needed:

Set up: 8-9 am - A few people are needed to help set up tables and supplies before the conference.
Zoom Hosts: 9 am - 5 pm shifts - Presentations will occur in-person in the MU on Tempe campus as well as online via Zoom. Hosts are needed to introduce presenters on Zoom, manage the chat, and assist with other admin duties in the Zoom rooms. Volunteers do not need to be onsite to help.
Registration Desk Greeters: 9 am-5 pm shifts - Greeters at the registration table will help orient in-person attendees to physical spaces and the agenda. Volunteers will need to be onsite for this task.
Tear down: 5-6 pm - A few people are needed to help clean up and put away chairs and other equipment supplies after the conference.
