Report a Disability-Related IT Accessibility Problem

ASU is committed to providing online digital content that is accessible to people with disabilities.

Report a disability-related barrier on an ASU website or online course. We'll work with the content owner to repair the problem. Otherwise:

  • General computer and Internet questions: Contact the Help Desk at 855-278-5080 or go to the Help tab in My ASU.
     
  • Accommodations: Call or email SAILS at 480-965-1234 or Student.Accessibility@asu.edu.

Please provide as much info as you can to help us reproduce the problem, such as browser version, assistive technology and environmental factors (e.g., outside in sunlight).
