Keynote Speaker: Belo Cipriani
In 2024 we were beyond excited to have Belo Miguel Cipriani, Ed.D. as our keynote speaker! Watch Dr. Cipriani's keynote!
Dr. Cipriani is a digital inclusion strategist, author and teacher who became passionate about making online spaces accessible after an assault in 2007 left him blind.
Dr. Cipriani's books and articles on disability issues have received numerous awards and international recognition. He's a Yale guest lecturer and was appointed by Governor Tim Walz to the Minnesota Council on Disability. HuffPost called him an “Agent of Change,” and SF Weekly named him one of the best disability advocates. Tony Coelho, the primary author and sponsor of the Americans with Disabilities Act, called him an “important voice” in disability writing.
