A Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) is a report completed by a vendor detailing the accessibility of their IT product. Did you know that purchasers for U.S. public universities should acquire a VPAT for every digital product they procure? 

A panel discussion on being disabled in the workplace, particularly an academic environment. Faculty and staff aren't "supposed to" have disabilities, but they do. What are their experiences, and how can a workplace anticipate their needs the way universal design in education attempts to do for students?

In this session, we will explore how to write alt text that effectively conveys the meaning and purpose of images in an academic. The focus will be on strategies for describing various image types, including complex images, collections of images, tables, graphs, charts, and maps.
