Getting started with accessibility

At ASU, new and redesigned websites and applications should comply with the W3C's Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA. In addition, existing websites and applications should be evaluated for accessibility and issues remediated as resources permit. To accomplish this, all ASU developers and content editors/managers should be familiar with relevant WCAG and web accessibility concepts.

Depending on your role in creating a website, familiarize yourself with at least these basic accessibility concepts:
