How is this conference unique?

  • Free for the public and all ASU faculty, staff and students.
  • Every session is hybrid! Attend in-person or online.
  • All sessions will be captioned.
  • Most sessions will be recorded and available after the conference.

In-person attendance

The conference is held on the second floor of the Memorial Union at 301 E. Orange St., Tempe, AZ 85281.

  • Please register. In-person attendance is limited to 200, so register early!
  • Coffee, water and snacks will be available.
  • Lunch is not included, but you may bring lunch or visit the food vendors in the Memorial Union

  • If you aren't able to attend in person, please cancel your in-person ticket and register for virtual attendance to free up limited in-person seats.

DART services

On-campus transportation is available to students, faculty, staff and guests of ASU with permanent or temporary physical disabilities through ASU’s DART (Disability Access and Resources Transportation) service.

To schedule a ride, call DART services at 480-965-3055 on the morning of November 7th and indicate that you will be on campus for ASU Accessibility Awareness Day. Thursday is the busiest day of the week for DART, so please be flexible with pickup times.

Please note:

  • Hours of DART operation for the Tempe campus: 7:10 a.m. until 6:45 p.m.
  • DART carts are not able to take wheelchairs or scooters. Walkers and knee scooters MUST be collapsible and contained within your space when you are sitting in the cart. Crutches are okay.
  • DART drivers cannot assist in any way with getting in or out of the cart and they cannot lift bags or boxes into the cart.
